Chaos Filter is a diagnostic AI tool designed to help people identify behavioral patterns, operating systems, and structural dynamics in their thinking and decision-making.
Chaos Filter is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, psychiatric care, or any form of licensed mental health treatment. It is not a substitute for professional help. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
The AI responses generated by Chaos Filter are for informational and self-reflective purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind — psychological, medical, legal, financial, or otherwise.
The personas (The Architect, The Oracle, The Guide, The Auntie, The Mirror) are AI constructs. They do not have feelings, relationships, or obligations to you. They are tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Free tier: 20 messages total. No cross-session memory. No behavioral map.
Pro tier ($20/month): 300 messages per month. Cross-session memory (last 3 sessions per persona). Behavioral Operating Map.
Unlimited tier ($40/month): Unlimited messages. Full cross-session memory. Behavioral Operating Map.

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
By using the Pro or Unlimited tier, you explicitly consent to the automated behavioral analysis described in the Privacy Policy, including the creation and maintenance of a Behavioral Operating Map derived from your conversations.
You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of delivering the Service.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management portal accessible from your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refund policy: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you experience a significant technical failure that prevents use of the Service, contact us at hello@chaosfilter.ai and we will review your case.
The Chaos Filter name, product, system design, persona frameworks, and all associated content are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without written permission.
The AI-generated responses you receive are provided for your personal use. You may not resell, publish, or commercially distribute AI-generated content from Chaos Filter without permission.
You retain ownership of the original content you submit. We do not claim ownership of your conversations.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that:
AI models can make mistakes. The personas may misread situations, give inaccurate feedback, or produce responses that do not apply to your circumstances. Apply critical judgment to everything the AI tells you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHAOS FILTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to use the Service at your own risk and to not hold Chaos Filter liable for any decisions you make based on AI-generated output.
You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@chaosfilter.ai. We will delete your data within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in abuse, or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, liability limits, intellectual property) will survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
